Service Agreement

Residential HVAC Service

Service agreement is available for residential HVAC systems. The agreement includes:

  • Twice a year pre season checkup.
  • Priority handling service: we will respond to your service
  • Request prior to non service agreement customers.
  • 10% discount on all parts and our normal labor rates
  • After hour service will be billed at normal rate
  • Emergency service will be billed at After Hours rate (1.5 times normal rate)

Commercial HVAC Service

Service agreement is available for commercial HVAC systems. The agreement includes:

  • Up to 4 times a year, 2 pre season checkup, and 2 mid-season checkup
  • Priority handling service: we will respond to your service
  • Request prior to non service agreement customers.
  • 10% discount on all parts and our normal labor rates
  • After hour service will be billed at normal rate
  • Emergency service will be billed at After Hours rate (1.5 times normal rate)
