Agent authentication and registration information for **Shemtov Systems**
(HVAC service company, Montgomery County, MD. Phone: +1 (240) 355-3333).

## Agent audience

AI assistants and automated clients acting on behalf of a person who wants to
request HVAC service, a quote, or a callback from Shemtov Systems.

## Registration

**No registration is required.** This is a public service endpoint, the same trust
model as the website's contact form. An agent does not need to create an account,
obtain an API key, register an OAuth client, or be provisioned in advance. It may
call the endpoint directly.

- Registration / provisioning endpoint: none required. The usage endpoint below is
  open to all agents.
- Registration method: open access (no sign-up step).
- Onboarding: read the OpenAPI description, then POST a request.

### Required fields

- `name` - the customer's name
- one of `phone` or `email` - so Shemtov Systems can reach them

### Optional fields

- `service` - what is needed (e.g. "AC repair", "no heat")
- `message` - free-text details
- `preferred_time` - preferred window for the visit or callback
- `request_type` - one of `callback`, `service`, `quote`

## Supported authentication methods

- **None (public).** No bearer token, API key, or OAuth flow is used or accepted.

## Credential use

There are no credentials to issue, store, or send. Requests are rate-limited per
client IP address to prevent abuse. For emergencies, call **+1 (240) 355-3333**.
