RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE
Service agreement is available for residential HVAC systems. The agreement includes:
- Twice a year pre season checkup.
- Priority handling service: we will respond to your service
- request prior to non service agreement customers.
- 10% discount on all parts and our normal labor rates
- After hour service will be billed at normal rate
- Emergency service will be billed at After Hours rate (1.5
times normal rate)
COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE
Service agreement is available for commercial HVAC systems. The agreement includes:
- Up to 4 times a year, 2 pre season checkup, and 2 mid-season checkup
- Priority handling service: we will respond to your service
- request prior to non service agreement customers.
- 10% discount on all parts and our normal labor rates
- After hour service will be billed at normal rate
- Emergency service will be billed at After Hours rate (1.5
times normal rate)
